Every icon asset is a deterministic whole-artwork derivation — no crop, no recolor, no symbol-only extraction, no hand-drawn substitute. - brand/niramay-logo-full.png + brand/niramay-mark.png: complete artwork (both NiramayLogo variants now carry the full lockup per the Phase 3 mandate; component doc updated) - icon-192 / icon-512 / apple-touch-icon (180): complete artwork - icon-512-maskable: complete composition diagonal-fitted into the 66/108 safe circle on the artwork's cream - favicon.ico: multi-resolution (16/32/48) from the complete artwork - scripts/verify-branding.ts: 17-check regression suite (dependency- free PNG pixel decoder; master fingerprint pin, asset pins, maskable safe-area + centering + complete-composition aspect proof, wiring checks) wired into ci.yml before the build - package.json 2.1.0 -> 2.1.1 (proposed APK version 2.1.1 / 20101)

Source of truth: the supplied official artwork (1254×1254; N-symbol with foliage + gold arc, NIRAMAY serif wordmark, DISCOVER • HEAL • LIVE BETTER tagline on the artwork's cream background). Every asset is a deterministic whole-artwork derivation — no crop, no recolor, no symbol-only extraction, no redrawn substitute.
